YO MAPS IS SET TO RELEASE HIS DEBUT ALBUM IN OCTOBER
Yo maps has finally set a release date for his much anticipated debut album. The album which will be titled ‘Komando’ is set to be released on the 30th of October 2021. The Kalandanya music signed artist has been making hit songs ever since his arrival on the music scene. He has become a household name in Zambia and a serious force to reckon with.

Fans have been looking forward to the day he would actually release an album and it looks like the day has finally come. Yo Maps made the announcement on his Facebook page. This news excited his fans and they are already counting down to the release date.
There has been speculation as to which of his hit singles will be the lead singles on his album because every song he has released so far has topped several Zambia Music Charts, from Blessings follow me, finally, so chabe, season yanga and many more.
Yo maps was brought on to the scene by fellow artist Drimz aka Bashi Lota, who produced and managed his music but eventually he moved on to pursue other opportunities and it has been quite the success story for Yo maps. The singer has enjoyed some level of international success as his songs play in Malawi, Zimbabwe, as well as Tanzania.

He has not yet released his debut album but this young man is already a legend in the making, you can not talk about Zambian music and not mention Yo maps. He has truly set himself apart as one of the greats.
The concept behind the ‘Komando’ title is simply in line with ‘Komanding’ your Journey, taking total control on how and where you want your life to go, being in charge of every decision and going after what you want with no excuses.
Judging by the way Yo maps has been bringing on hit after hit, the probability of this album failing is really low, he has proven himself as an artist and a song writer, all we can do at this moment is clean our dancing shoes and be ready to get down.
