EASY WORKOUT ROUTINES FOR A FLAT TUMMY

If your goal is to achieve a flat stomach, or even abs, then you would be happy to know that there are easy ways to accomplish this without having to pay for a gym membership; however do keep in mind that you still have to work hard for a long period of time to gain and maintain your goal; whether you are looking for a beginner, an intermediate, or an advanced workout routine, the exercises can be adjusted according to difficulty before you get started.
The following exercises can be completed in any favoured order and do not include the warm-up and cool-down before and after exercising, so make sure you do this as a pre-exercise routine and remember, it is important to stay consistent to obtain lasting and better results!

Burpee
This exercise consists of going from a push-up position to a jump with your arms staying on your side and back into a push-up position.
Mountain Climber
The plank is usually hard enough but here you will be required to perform crunches with one leg at a time while in a plank position. Make sure you are doing this at a steady pace.
Kettlebell Swing
Find something heavy to hold with both hands and start swinging it outwards away from your body and inwards through your legs, each swing inwards will require you to squat at the same time.
Dumbbell Overhead Lunge
This move helps to improve hunched shoulders as well, so find a dumbbell or something equivalent and hold it next to your head on one side while your other arm stays by the other side. Next, lift the dumbbell high above the head while at the same time doing a lunge.
Jumping Jacks
As surprising as it sounds, this exercise can be very beneficial when done for a longer period, so stand with your feet together and the hands to the sides, then simultaneously raise your arms above your head and jump with your legs widened each time. Repeat this at a steady pace.

Exercising does not mean training like an athlete, so do not stress about your workout sessions and spend time relaxing your body for a minute between each exercise; over time, you will surely achieve your healthier goal.
