There is a new celebrity baby in town. Black Widow actor Scarlett Johansson has welcomed her first child, a son, with comedian husband and Saturday Night Live star Colin Jost.
Jost confirmed the news of their baby by sharing a post on his Instagram account that read: “Ok ok we had a baby. His name is Cosmo. We love him very much.”

Shortly after breaking the news, the Saturday Night Live star, Jost then requested fans for some privacy in the wake of the development.
He said: “Privacy would be greatly appreciated. For all inquires please contact our publicist @chethinks [sic],” jokingly tagging his SNL Weekend Update co-anchor Michael Che. He shared the post with the hashtags, “We got away with it for a long time,” “no kids policy,” and “we’re going to Disney world”.

While Cosmo is the couple’s first baby together, Scarlett already has a six-year-old daughter Rose Dorothy, from her marriage with ex-husband Romain Dauriac.
The couple had kept the pregnancy private until earlier this week, when Jost reportedly revealed they were to become parents at a stand-up show in Connecticut.
Oscar nominee Johansson, star of films including Black Widow, Jojo Rabbit and Marriage Story, married Jost in October 2020 in a private ceremony, after dating since 2017.
