Recommended Holiday Destination For May And Things To Do

It is the start of a new month and that can only mean one thing, it is time to start planning trips, holidays, breaks, and weekend outings with your loved ones, whether they are family, friends, or both! Rather than letting you research the most ideal destination for May by yourself, I have decided to take that off your hands and found a few things you could do as well. If this sounds of interest to you, then read on because you are going to enjoy looking through this as much as when you get to experience it!

Croatia
Travel restrictions for UK travellers were lifted just today, so why not take this opportunity and see what the country has to offer? The temperatures are sunny and in their range of 20 to 30 degrees Celsius during May; with fewer crowds and warm weathers, there is no reason not to visit Croatia at this time of the year.

Dubrovnik, Croatia
Dubrovnik is a great city that is popular, full of touristy attractions and good for groups of people to tour around and discover fantastic food, culture, drinks, beaches, and more! Scroll down and check out the itinerary that I have suggested for you already, it may come in useful as either inspiration or something you find suitable and would like to do.
Dubrovnik Walls
There is no better way to experience Dubrovnik than to view it from these medieval walls, so make sure you do not miss out on this two-hour walk going in a loop around the city.
Stradun
This is the main thoroughfare though the Old Town, which is a filming location for Star Wars Episode 8.
Fort Lovrijenac
Another filming location site this time for Game of Thrones, where the tournament in King Joffrey’s name day was held. You can further tour King’s Landing, as the entire city is where most if not all of King’s Landing was filmed!
Gornji Ugao Tower
For a history lesson, you can visit this interesting location for a tour on the quarried factory.
