PATSON DAKA BECOMES FIRST ZAMBIAN TO SCORE IN THE ENGLISH PREMIER LEAGUE

Patson Daka made his country proud once again this past weekend as he scored his first goal against Manchester United in a match that ended 4-2 in favour of Leicester. It was an epic goal as he scored the final goal in the 91st minute of the match following a free kick.

This was a game that seemed an easy win for Manchester United but Leicester played an excellent game all in all, they dominated the game for the most part and had possession of the ball in the second half. Jamie Vardy and Patson Daka each scored late goals which put their team at a solid advantage.

Daka’s win against Manchester United at the King power stadium on Saturday makes him the first Zambian score in the English premier league. His stay at Leicester city started out rather out rather slow with 2 appearances with in the europa league and one appearance without a goal and chose to make a mark by scoring against the big Giants Manchester United.

He was brought into the game in the 77th minute as a substitute and scored an epic one in the dying minutes of the game. This win takes Leicester up to the eleventh spot and brings Manchester down to 5th on the official charts.

Zambians have been in serious celebration ever since Saturdays game, many of them started supporting Leicester ever since Patson switched teams and face book went ablaze with Leicester jerseys and congratulatory messages for the young player. We even witnessed other African countries show love for Patson Daka by jokingly claiming that he belonged to their country and for this reason their proud of his achievements.

Patson Daka has had an impressive career so far and has been making his country proud, with such epic goals we are absolutely excited to see how far the young man will push his career but so far so good.
