Nhlonipho prophecies over his life with new EP, Life I Got

Johannesburg, Friday, 13 August 2021 – Music producer, singer and pianist, Nhlonipho, is writing out his life one track at a time, which has culminated in the “Life I Got” EP, a prophetic declaration over his life.

The music lecturer with a civil engineering qualification opens up about his life – past, present and future with his latest EP.

“Life I Got is about my hustle before music and also the life that I have seen in my dreams that is yet to come. Life has been tough, when I was younger I thought life was just smooth, but I learned as I grew older that actually life is tough and I have got to live my dream now,” confesses Nhlonipho.

He adds: “With this EP, I want to give my fans a picture of where I’m coming from and where I’m heading… part of it is to heal people and give hope.”

On why this track became the EP title, Nhlonipho shares: “I’ve never connected to an artist like the way I connected musically with Manu WorldStar, hence the name Life I Got.”

The 6-track EP dabbles in Amapiano, Afro-Yano and Private School Amapiano and showcases Nhlonipho’s weight in gold as a producer and why some of the industry’s heavy-weight musicians have sought him out such as Samthing Soweto, Ami Faku, Amanda Black and Mthandazo Gatya just to highlight a few.
