Kunda featured on Mag44’s Mr Mando song

A WEEK after a release of Mr Mando, a song on which he featured his elder sister Kunda Mando, gospel hip hop recording artiste Mag44 (born Magnus Mando) took to social media to pay glowing tribute to his elder sister who he said has always been there for him.

Mag44 wrote: “I can’t begin to express how big doing this song with my sister is to me. The woman has worked in some of the biggest organizations in Zambia, interviewed presidents from around Africa and the world, her curriculum vitae too long to post here.”

The rapper said Kunda, who is a media personality has been very supportive of his career.

“But no matter how far God takes her, she still remains down to earth, fun and super supportive. She does not listen to rap at all, but she rapped on my song just because I asked her to. She taught me how to read and write, she led me to Christ, she took me through high school and college,” read the post.

He went further and said: “She has been there for me in the hardest times of my life. She got me my first studio equipment and attends all my shows without fail. My number one fan, you are the best. She’s Kunda Mando, I call her bakamba.”
