Additionally, the 15th Disney Dreamers Academy took place at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida, in which Kelly Rowland took part to help 100 young students for a weekend of networking and mentorship from celebrities, business leaders, and authors.

‘Always with You, Always with Me’ will be published by Viking Books for Young Readers, which is an imprint of Penguin Young Readers. The popular singer, songwriter, actress, and executive producer Kelly Rowland co-authored this upcoming picture book with educator Jessica McKay, which will highlight the work a mother does inside and outside a household.
The story in this book focuses on the relationship between a working mother and her young son, “as a mother gets ready to go to work, first she works on creating a stable environment for her child”.
Kelly Rowland spoke about her excitement of this upcoming book release saying, “Jessica, Roda and I are thrilled to announce our first children’s picture book which celebrates modern motherhood and all the incredible work that caregivers do.”

With the date nearing closer, Kelly Rowland participated in other exciting prospects, such as serving as an Ambassador for the Disney Dreamers Academy for its 15th anniversary. From the 3rd of March to the 6th of March, the star mentored 100 young students about career awareness and “enrichment opportunities”; she shared insights and stories about her professional journey alongside other key speakers such as Gospel singer Kierra Sheard, R&B recording artist Mali Music, actress Faithe Herman, Demi Singleton from ‘King Richard’, and more.

During this programme, the star spoke to Disney Dreamers class of 2022 telling them failure is an important part of success. She said, “You can’t be afraid to fail. I think that’s always a part of the process. There are so many successful, brilliant people that have failed but it’s all about the way they got back up. I think that’s just a part of the journey. If you get a no, it’s all about the way you bounce back.”
In a statement, Kelly Rowland shared, “Mentorship is an experience I treasure, and the opportunity to invest my time into these students is incredible. I’m excited to work with them and watch how they grow throughout the program.”
