KB RELEASES THE 11TH EDITION OF MY DIARY

CEO of Nexus music Killa Beats has released my Diary 11, this one features Neo, Tiye P, Muzo aka Alphanso, Dizmo, Frank Ro. This is a project he started a couple of years back where he gets artists to tell their candid stories about what they have been through in the music industry. They tap deep into their pain, betrayals and basically pour out their emotions.

The KB brand has since grown over the years, many of the Zambian artists have featured on some of his previous diary sessions and some have sparked contraversial conversations and they usually push the boundaries. Though My diary 11 seemed rather short but one verse that stood out was Tiye P’s verse. He started by talking about a hip hop female artist that he was in love with and she went to South Africa for studies and came back with a different man and he was left heart broken, though he does not the identity of the woman, he further went on to speak about his musical side, stating that he was signed to Macky 2’s label back then and he has recorded a whole album with them but unfortunately they lost all his music so he was unable to release it.

He was hurt by this because they did not call him personally to explain what had happened and he also spoke about how close he was to Chef 187 but ever since Chef made it he started acting brand new and has never reached out to him for a single feature but he still has love for Chef.

On the song we get to hear from Muzo who has been off the music scene for a while due to personal struggles, he has complained about people not being there for him.

KB further gives advice to artist in the song saying in this business people will use you to their benefit and will not remember you when their done, he urges them to be careful with who they choose to affiliate themselves to.
