Emirates, which flies daily direct from Lusaka to Dubai and Harare, has emphasised its commitment to offering Zambia travellers value for money fares by reducing fares by up to 30 percent to selected destinations starting today.

Economy and Business Class fares to cities including Beijing, London, Mumbai, Beirut, Frankfurt, New York, Delhi, Hong Kong and Guangzhou now offer even greater value for money for bookings made between today and May 8th for travel before July 23rd 2014.

“We are offering Zambian travellers great savings on fares to some of our most popular destinations,” said Emirates Country Manager for Zambia, Husain Alsafi. “As always, these affordable fares are combined with our high quality service, enabling customers to connect to the Emirates worldwide network and reach their destination in comfort and style.”

Economy Class fares from Lusaka to Mumbai, via Dubai, start from K3,754 including taxes, while passengers can travel for less than they may think to New York, from just K7,256 and Beijing for K5,971 including taxes. Beirut fares start at K4,208 during the offer period, while travellers can fly to Delhi for K5,922 and Hong Kong for K5,999.

Business Class fares are also tempting, starting from K11,382 from Lusaka to Beirut, K14,871 to Mumbai and K18,675 to Delhi. Business Class fares to Frankfurt start at K23,905 including taxes; K32,664 to New York; K23,569 to Hong Kong and K23,753 to Guangzhou.

Passengers from Lusaka to London can take advantage of fares from K5,971 in Economy Class and K23,795 in Business Class.

The offer has some restrictions on specific routes and is not valid for travel to Guangzhou and Hong Kong during the Canton Fair (April 12 – May 5), to US destinations from June 1-25, and from US destinations between June 15-30. Please contact your local Emirates sales office or travel agent for full terms and conditions.

Value for money fares and the opportunity to stopover in Dubai for shopping and leisure are particular attractions for passengers, with the 96-hour visa in Dubai making the journey even smoother.
