DRIFTA TREK RELEASES NEW SONG CALLED DIANA

Rapper Drifta Trek yesterday released a new song titled Diana, the song which was inspired by a video that circulated on face book over the weekend of a man hysterically crying over a girl named Diana who seemed to have broken the mans heart. Drifta then decided to hit the studio and created a song about a woman called Diana. He took to his face book page and urged his fans to listen to the his latest single.

Social media went buzzing over the weekend after a video of a man crying over Diana circulated and people had a lot to say about the weeping man in the video as well as Diana who could not be seen despite being the reason for the video. Many called Diana heartless as she broke this grown mans heart who cried out for her in a very intense way. His heartbreak was very evident and most men on social media sympathized with him.

After seeing the level of attention that the video received, Drifta trek then decided to jump on the band wagon and hit the studio and composed a song dedicated to Diana. The song features the vocals from the original video and Drifta goes on to tell the story of a woman he is in relations with called Diana who pretends to be a good girl for the most part but he always catches her in very inappropriate situations with other men but for some strange reason he still loves the naughty Diana.

Fans have appreciated the comic side of the song as it instantly reminds them of the video, no one really knows what actually transpired with the real Diana but Drifta Trek’s interpretation of the situation does not seem too far off.

The Video has inspired a very funny challenge called ‘The Diana challenge’ where different people reenact the crying mans performance. The challenge kept face book users very busy this past weekend and the videos have since continued.

It is good to see Drifta’s creative side come out in this song and it was a fun way to use a negative situation and turn it into something positive.
