She has achieved so much in her career and she does not seem to be slowing down anytime soon.

Ending the year can leave many feeling very fatigued considering everything they have had to go throw throughout the year and wrapping up can feel so tiring mentally, emotionally and physically for various reasons, maybe it could be because of not achieving all the goals you had initially set out to achieve or just the various unexpected happenings that come with a particular year. Today we got a few tips from Mzinga Melu as she shared her thoughts on how to deal with end of year stress:

“The end of a year is an exciting time. We look forward to seeing what changes will come in the new year and how we can prepare for them! One of the most stressful aspects about change is that it can cause fatigue”.

Here are some top tips to deal with year-end fatigue:

1. Make a list of your accomplishments: This might give motivation and energy so don’t stop now- push through those difficult moments until they subside on their own accord.

2. Do something fun: Staying mentally healthy is imperative. A break from the daily grind, seeing old friends or going out can help you stay on top of things.

3. Take a break from technology: Social media is often a wonderful tool for connecting with friends and family, but it can also add pressure when we feel like our lives don’t measure up.

4. Take breaks from things and people that bring you down: A little distance can make all of those negative feelings go away, so take some time out for yourself if need be.

5. Pray: Prayer may offer you the strength you need to find meaning, especially if you’re feeling lost without any hope.
